In loving memory of Pamela Denise Hazard, daughter of Grace Margie Carter and John Carter. Pamela was born in Attleboro, Massachusetts and passed away in her home on March 9, 2020. She was 71 years old. She was a loving and caring daughter, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, friend and companion. Pamela is survived by her daughter Grace Hazard, her grandchildren and her great-grand children, Tychell Manomano, Kevin Hazard, Kayla Hazard, Jamia Hazard and Nyla Hazard. Pamela is also survived by her friend and companion June Martin.
