He enjoyed cooking and loved serving up his famous “spaghetti and meatballs.” Bill enjoyed spending time at the beach and loved to swim. He will be remembered for his goofy sense of humor and loving to make people laugh.
Due to safety concerns we plan to hold a memorial service in honor of Bill, after the health crisis is over.

Tami Garcia-Baker says
Miss you so much Dad!! I will cherish the fun memories we had. Going to Rehoboth Beach, Kelley, you and I jumping the waves. Kelley and I running to you when we were little cause we got hurt outside or something, you would make us feel better. Your laugh made me laugh, your personality grows within your children. You will always be in my heart, LOVE U DAD!
William Edward Baker jr says
Dad,
I think about you every day. Looking at you in that bed never leaves my mind. It bothers me everyday seeing you like that. I’m so angry with you. Why didn’t you tell me you were homeless? Why didn’t you call me and say you needed help? I took you in for times. Why did you have to die after we fought during my surgery. I never got to tell you again that I love you and so fucking mad at you for that. You my idle. I love you.
