Certified copies of the death certificate*
Certified copies of the death certificate are based on where the person died.

The first certified copy of the death certificate is included in your package. For additional copies, the range of cost is between $10-$30 each, depending on the city or town where the death occurred. Please ask the funeral director for a quote for additional copies, if needed.

Online forms completion Discount
We offer our client families an additional $50 discount if you complete the necessary forms in Steps 2 and 3. There is a web form where we collect vital statical information used to register the death with the State and online, secure forms to facilitate the transfer and cremation.
